Evaluation & Concept development
Gathering of detailed information and data about the investor to establish financial capabilities, prior experience and skills, and personal goals in order to determine the best types of businesses to pursue.
Our services bring your ideas to life. We guide you in creating a working concept by developing your brand’s identity and operating protocols in order to ensure a successful venture.
Explanation of the entire process to help you understand the realities of the current marketplace and to help guide you through business listing information and basic evaluation of concepts.
We conduct Real Estate services associated with your business such as signing of confidential disclosures, gathering of detailed information of the business or retail space available for lease, and setting up showings with the seller or landlord.
We walk you through the entire offer process by helping you draft an offer on the business you would like to purchase or rent. On your behalf, we will then present a purchase and sale agreement or lease agreement to the seller or landlord with a good faith deposit held in escrow to demonstrate your commitment to this transaction.
Once the offer is accepted, we will enter into the inspection period, giving you the opportunity to fully inspect the property, and the owner’s representation of the current business. We will aid in coordinating with your legal and accounting professionals to satisfy any and all contingencies.
Final preparations will be made for lease assignments, utility transfers, financing, merchant service accounts, inventory counts and any other last minute preparations to make the transfer as seamless as possible. The acquisition or rental agreement will usually be completed by an attorney with the signing of several documents and the payment of the remaining balance of the purchase price or advanced rent payments for a lease.
